Exciting race conducted in singapore! Amazed at myself for sitting infront of the television for 1hrs++ seeing cars going round in circles. Its has been an accident fraught race, wif massa's fuel line attached to his car during pit stop, force india car crash, kimi's car crash, Webber's pull out cuz of a mechanical failure, some toyota's driver pulling out becuz of faulty gearbox and the most controversal of all: nelson piquet's crash which called out the safety car.
The call of the safety car has allowed Alonso to claim 1st Position, cuz the safety car appeared right infront of him. As for the two hopefuls, Hamillton and Massa. They are relagated to the last positions. HAHAHAHAHA, tide of change for Alonso, considering that his car failed during qualifying race and placed him at 15th position during the starting grid.
I think that has cuz a major heartbreak among all the car-betting uncles and aunties, who ofcourse has place all their bets on Massa, but didn't expect that he landed at position 13th! For those who bet on Hamillton however, they are able to gain some of their losses if they had bet on his position at 2nd or 3th cuz he landed wif 3th. Those who do not bet however, nice race right?
Especially in a street circuit, overtaking is hard, but one fine example is Nico Rosberg's very agressive racing strategy, causing him to overtake here and there, wherever he could. This gained him a win at the 2nd position.
Damnit, talking about the race, howabout next year? I hope that mediacorp would still continue the 'free' broadcasting of the race over the next four years. Cuz judging from the current situation, the most used word by every goverment-related agencies seemed to be 'inflation'. I seriously hoped they dun use that nx yr as an excuse for not showing us the night race citing rising cost here and there, and instead 'recommend' ppl to subscribe to MioTV or starhub cable television becuz the circuit is named Singtel Singapore GrandPrix, get wat i mean?
Anyway, i be keeping my fingers crossed for nx yr's F1 race. As for the driver's championship, it is very cleared that Hamillton would get it, rookie's luck...
