57th Cadet Officer's Course!

Went down to Amoy Quee Camp, aka HQ NCC together wif 38th Artillery, this afternoon at 1.45pm. Yeah, left school dat early when its supposed to be at 2.40pm. So, i missed H1 Chinese class for that time i left school. In terms of economics, this is also known as Opportunity cost which arises from scarcity; a result of limited resources to meet the unlimited wants.

However, in this case, my opportunity costs only involves me losing 1.5hours of H1 CL. Which in any case, means jus going through another half of the reading that we didn't complete yesterday, along with the teacher explaining and etc etc.

But, i tink i gained MAXIMUM SATISFACTION out of going to the Pre-course briefing held today. First, my name wasn't exactly registered in the Syndicate's name list yet. Secondly, i went there feeling messed-up. Partially because i'm worried that i couldn't cope wif work in school as i'm out of school for effectively, 14 days.

What's worse is that time-off for the daily activities can only be considered on a case-by-case basic, i dun really knw if they will allow me to get back to school like up to 2 times a week to catch up wif studies and handing in my increasing workload of assignments.

SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT is all i can tink of.

Anyway, since i'm not in only syndicate as-of-the-moment. I'm temporarily slotted in to this syndicate called S1. Felt strange as i was there as i'm the only uniformed person amongst them, however, some random guy from Seng Kang sec NCC broke the ice wif me by saying "U in YJC arh? I was there for the orientation only".

LOL, somebody WAS in the same school as me! Too bad he's off to some poly to further his studies, but this random thing kinda started conversations amongst us, ATLAST, the whole syndicate lighted up and brim with laughter and cries from the silly jokes that we made while talking, whereas the other syndicates was stoning since the time they were fall-in together.

Enjoyed myself really, as i never thought i would be in such a fun-loving syndicate :P We greeted 2WO Eric Kan together, sing together, march together and humiliate ourselves.... TOGETHER!

Wonder really if i have the chance to be wif them, as they are mainly from central and i'm from the east. Must have the greatest luck if i'm together with them, then 57th COC would truly be the most enjoyable camp i have to date.

Lawton, dun worry, u east i'm also east. Most likely i be in ur syndicate :(, the stoners and quietest amongst all....

P.S I will be learning Military skills, Leadership skills, First Aid, Learning Journeys and Stripping/Assembly/Firing @100m for the SAR21. YEAH! All this will contribute to my NYAA GOLD application! WOOHOO, I'M HIGH NOW!!!!
